Assisting Bayonne School District in formalizing a program to collaborate to make our district welcoming for all
The Bayonne Public School District (New Jersey) is very fortunate to have partnered with The Diversity Advisors. Ed Simon and DM Gilbert are meticulous in their planning and dynamic in their presentation. We have utilized the Blue Ocean Portal to drive conversations with administrators in our district on topics such as Inclusion & Diversity, Leadership, Critical Thinking, and Personal Growth. The Diversity Advisors has assisted in formalizing a program for teachers and administrators to collaborate to make our district welcoming for ALL. This September Ed and DM will be the keynote presenters at our District Staff Convocation. Their message of inclusivity and equity will inform our district professional development plan.
