Sarah serves as a consultant for The Diversity Advisors. She is dedicated to facilitating the cultural change within organizations to facilitate a more diverse and collaborative community.
Originally hailing from Kent, England, Sarah has lived in and enjoyed the communities of the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, New York City and currently resides in California.
Prior to her collaboration with The Diversity Advisors Sarah had an extensive career in Law Enforcement. In addition to patrol duties Sarah worked closely with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Border Patrol, United States Coast Guard, Customs, United States Marine Corps and Navy as well as California State Probation, Parole and other agencies. She has had extensive experience working with different cultures, religions and ethnicities and prides herself with open mindedness and an understanding of the current social climate. She is dedicated to making positive changes within our society.
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and holds an Advanced POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) certificate. Sarah lives in Los Angeles with her dog Bailey.
